Well Jesse, take it from ole' Doc Holliday....the pump doesn't pump enough fluid to cool to the S/C, so the temps go up setting off the temp sensor on the S/C, which sends a signal to shut the S/C down until the temp readings go back down within safe operating temps...so that sensor will give you the power as well as take it away if it hit the critical mark....this make it buck like a bronco if it is shutting down/turning on....
