If you remove and reinstall the headliner yourself its about 1/2 price and you do not have to remove the seats to get it done. Cost me $60 for the shop to replace the headliner. The cream headliner was always getting dirty where my helmet rubbed against it. I did mine in black and i really like the way it turned out.
