SRT-6 coil springs, with one full coil removed (~1.5" front, ~2" rear drop)
SLK32 AMG shocks, with the bump-stops trimmed
TVT rear camber bars (now OOP)
SLK32 AMG front wwaybar (28mm, OEM is 25mm)

The SRT springs are a bit firmer than the Eibach springs. IMO, the marginal increase in performance at the absolute limit isn't worth the punishment they dole out the other 363 days a year. Eibach springs are considerably more comfortable for daily use, as they use a softer spring rate. Les (velociabstract) noticed slower lap times with the Eibachs, but again, it's not worth the harsh ride if you're not into competitive track use with your car. And this is coming from someone who is very competitive in general, haha.
