I'm still finding things to work on. The new thing is, I am pretty sure, is the motor mount on the left/driver side. I noticed suddenly that when I had my hand on the shifter and accelerated, the **** would move slightly. I don't really "get on it" very often, but yesterdy, when I got up to 120mph quickly, when I first accelerated, I thought I saw the hood vibrate once and the shifter moved a little. When I got home I noticed that the top of the oil filter had hit the top of the hood and put a hole in the insulation. If anyone doesn't agree with me, that it is the engine mount, I would like to hear what you think. My other ? is: Is it just the rubber motor mount or the motor bracket? And what would cause these to break? The car has 72K miles on it, so it isn't new, but it seems like something like this shouldn't break this early. Does anyone think something caused this to break other than normal fatigue? Also, although I don't think that this has been broken for long, could the movement of the broken left side cause any problems for the right side to fail too? Sould I replace both? Should I buy new ones, or could I get one from a totaled SRT/NA? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
