Call me anything but late for dinner! The RCM is in the black rectangular box next to the battery. Slide the two sliding locks to open, and lift the top off. The wiring is in the way of the RCM. It is towards the center of the car down in the box you opened with about 5 or 6 wire connectors on it. The ECU is there about in the center so don't get them mixed up. The RCM is down along side the box, it's short and wide in a slot all in black. Take the connectors off carefully and there is a tab to the rear of the car (left if looking down on it) and it'll slide right out. I only took it out with all the connectors still connected for a siren mounting mod I did so I am not experienced from there on. The cover should slide off with tabs depressed somehow, and those relays are there to see when you get that black cover off. There are a few posts on this called RCM repair or something like that. Hope you get it out and checked out ok. Those wire connectors are coded for the corresponding connections so I don't think they can be mixed up. The relays on the opposite side are the ones you need to carefully look at for the sticking contacts and burnt contacts.
