James, I've read that the 9006 is 55w (OEM), but a 9005 bulb (almost identical, same plug, etc) is actually 65W, and does not have the metallic covering on the tip. I was looking at the Xenesis bulbs to replace the OEM parts with, but was curious if anyone had actually considered the 9005 bulb for their fogs...
