Ben47 do you think the dealership would want to go to court for any reason? The idea is not to take the dealership to court, but to make them feel responsible for your safety, or to give them reason to think "maybe we should get the car back into the shop and fix it before something does happen." It's called influence, or misinformation, it's all we have unless we do hire lawyers. No one really wants to hire a lawyer, all we want is for our problems to be taken seriously and the automobile repaired.
