I went the extra mile and removed both headlights from the car. There is a nice flat area UNDER where the headlights mount that is perfect for mounting the ballasts out of sight.
Also you will find it is a LOT easier to install the HID bulbs with the headlights removed.

Well I got them installed, but just worried about keeping the ballasts in place...
