Thanks! I used a small precision punch set (E-Z Punch Pak). 1/32" 6061 T-6 Aluminum.

If you're asking about making the 2.66" blank, I scribed accurately with a divider, cut to size with a shear and used a belt sander to make them round. Damned nice fit. I think you can see that?

~ $30 in it and ~ 2 hours work. Made enough parts for a friend! I still have to make a bracket for mounting, but already have a sketch for it. 10 minutes. Plus painting...
