We drove cars for what 70 years with out antilock brakes. Abs only makes a car easier to stop quickly not having abs won't prevent an experienced driver from stopping quickly. If you can drive you'll never have a problem. I even drove mine through the winter with 6 month old hankook summer tires and never had any issues. Pulling the wire eliminates the entire traction control system it's all you. You get three dash lights abs, bas ESP, and tcs. Helped my 1/4 times greatly. The damn thing doesnt shut down when it spins a little bit!
