I would think the 1000+ miles I put on it would be more than enough to let the ECU learn the new TB. Since it is an intermittent issue, I do not think it is a vaccuum leak, either. Red RTV is gasket maker, IMO same stuff in the MB bottle, just less expensive and readily available.

Thank you for the ideas, just don't think thats the issue.
