I have a 93' Kawasaki KLX650C (not to be confused with the KLR). They were offered for only a few years and came with a teal green frame and black plastic and later with a purple frame and red plastic. Could never understand the color scheme for such a versatile bike - but I stripped mine down and powder coated the frame and experimented with an Acerbis plastic tank before going back to the OEM steel tank and plastic farings..
If you can get your hands on one - most of the engine/ tranny parts are compatible with the KLX650R (dirt version) and still sold today.
