Absolutely, but it isn't a magical tool that automatically opens doors. There are various considerations such as air cylinder locations, air bags and their associated parts, hardened beams, etc. All of which slow down the process and make it dangerous to be prying and cutting on some of these cars today to both the rescued and the rescuer. Not impossible just harder.
