I went through this saga because the dealer ripped my headliner. They refused to replace the headliner with a new one and sent the car out to be repaired by a local upholsterer. If it wasn't for the dealer choosing to use a headliner of the wrong texture (it was slightly fuzzy), the upholstery guy did a great job with the repair.
