Question Funky Noises??

I have owned my crossfire since 14,000 miles. It is a 2006 limited. It currently has 23,500 miles.
I have noticed a few strange noises.

-First, When I turn my A.C. on above halfway on fan speed, about 50% of the time, my A.C. makes wierd buzzing electrical sounds. The sounds seem like the originate somewhere behind my vents. The sound goes away as soon as I lower my fan speed to the 1 or 2 chunks.
-Related to this, I was recently showing off my car to a mercedes mechanic who was surprised to see an SLK block in a chrysler, when he pointed out that my antifreeze A.C. line was "sweating". He said that it could have a small clog somewhere in the line, and I should get a mechanic to check it out. He said if I do have a clog, they would then syphon my antifreeze out, removing the clog, then re-inject the antifreeze.

-Second, my car makes a whining sound when idling in drive gear at stop lights. I also notice the sound when I am creeping the 1st and 2nd gears. I always passed the noise as normal car noises, (like loud driveshaft freespin on 350z when in neutral) but lately I have grown worried that this may be the timing belt straining, or not situated correctly. I only hear the noise inside the car. When changing the oil, some spilled from the filter housing along the timing belt. I cleaned it up the best I could but I am wondering if this oil could be causing the sound, or even wearing my belt prematurely.

-Lastly, I have noticed this sound since I owned the car, a quiet high pitched wistling coming from (I think the exhaust) at around 70 mph. I only hear it when I am cruising and giving it only enough gas to maintain speed. As soon as I accelerate, the sound goes away.

Has anyone experienced any of these issues? If so, can you help calm my fears or tell me what I need to do to fix them? Thanks!
