i have run the supercooler ala tighead1 style dual pass for 3 yrs. i thought having 20* above ambient was really doing the job. then my buddy who bracket races his slk32 is almost bone stock, homeade dual cai and dual exhaust running dr's emails complaining about his iat's. says he is at 106* to 109* at the staging lanes and sees 126* at the 1/8 and 135* at the 1/4. almost identical to me!! separated system dual pass supercooler and cm30 pump. him stock as the day it came off the line.

quick guess...you are generating more internal heat from all your crazy mods that i only wish i had on my 32!

what is the accuracy % of the iat sensor?
is there not enough airflow across your supercooler? need a mist sprayer?
need the fluid pressure in the cooling line, the flow rates with each pump installed, ambient air temp and fluid temp really to make decisions without assumptions
