I'm in agreement, these symptoms look like the RCM and bad solder joints to me.

(Also, most Dealers are dead from the neck up, so no surprise that they are clueless. If your car has an extended Chysler warranty, print out the link above, and tell them to read it. No warranty, buy an iron, and practice up on your soldering skills. Or do a swap with Tighed1 for $10 bucks...lol...)
