you have to buy individual pads.....recommend that you install your Eibachs and see if you like where it settles... be sure to check and see which spring pads you have in when you take the springs out... then you will know if you need thinner pads to go lower or thicker to get more gap...4mm is about 0.157" (a little over 1/8")....
