Default Re: Maxcare, yes or no?

I bought my 2007 base coupe from the dealer. I have the lifetime powertrain warranty. A couple years after I bought it, I was called about the MaxCare warranty. For $1100, I would get coverage for up to 60000 miles. I decided to go for it, because my Crossfire is a daily driver, and I only paid $16000 for it brand new with no miles. I have 30000 miles on it now, and I think I will put another 30000 miles on it before November of 2015, when the coverage ends. Have you found out how much the MaxCare warranty will cost you, and how long the coverage lasts? I'm wondering if it might not be worth it for you, since you drive the car so little. In my case, the $1100 was good insurance. Just my opinion, you'll have to make the final decision. Good Luck! Oh, by the way, I have not used the MaxCare warranty - the car has been rock - solid.
