I installed HID lows and highs. Ordered the TSB foggy headlight kit with the 4 each plugs and the 2 each caps. I siliconed the heck out of the front and back of the caps where the HID wires pass through.

2 issues,

1. headlights are aimed too high (yes the bulbs are seated correctly) all 4 bulbs are too high and both sides are equal. I saw a post about using an easy out for the vertical adjustment screw access.... Can this be done with the headlight housings in?

2. The headlight housings are still fogging up even after the headlight TSB kit plugs and caps. Is there a possibility or way to check the lense from housing seal?
