I'm offended that you would place a Neon in the same category as him :-(
I would lean more toward a Geo Metro as his transportation choice. Probably has 4 different sized/branded/condition tires on it, 6 different colors and at least 1 clear plastic bag taped over an opening that used to be a window. You know, them high class fellers!
