Not necessarily. It can condense on the clear covers when they are cooler, like when they are washed with the car. Then as they heat up, just little, tiny bit, it will evaporate into the internal atmosphere of the housing and condense elsewhere, out of sight.

Did you follow the directions? There's a reason they come with it. If the dealer didn't print them out for you, they should have.

If you cover the entire inner surface of the clear covers with "mist", it would equal about 1-2 drops (0.1-0.2 cc) of liquid water.
