Update for my 2006 XF :
I guess I should feel blessed that Chrysler will replace my convertible top on my 2006 Model , still I have to copayment $500 what I really think I shouldn't because of the extended Warranty of the convertible top up to 100000 miles! Now the CEO of Chrysler emailed this to someone of the forum here and with common sense this means that everyone can get the Top replaced for free with no copay! And even I paid the $500 I will try to get it back from the CEO .
