Default Re: Lets talk tires

Noticed this morning that it really depends on the asphalt. The transition to Mt Juliet Asphalt on i40 takes me from comfortably running 90 - 100 with plenty of wet grip to running at 70 and still catching the car trying to take a walk on me. This asphalt is only a couple of years old from that stretch all the way to Stewarts Ferry. While the asphalt between Lebanon (my home) to Mt Juliet is rather old, but still in good condition. I still need rear tires, and all this proves is that when they repaved they f'd the drainage up on the interstate :/
