It can be reached fairly easily going down topside through the engine compartment. Forgive me if you are already trying this - but that is definitely the way to go.

I found the IC pump change to not be quite as easy as some have made it out to be, but I figured it out and no problems since the install.

Just keep at it and it all will come together.
