Depending on how long the cord is... I ran mine from the headunit under the center console and into the center console storage. There's a piece of plastic that is already pretty much punched out and you can just slit the carpet a little and run the wire..

Honestly I would just get a new headunit though, those FM (even directly connected) modulators are still no good.
