I don't know how old that post is since I can't see the dates anymore. My dealer has just about replaced every employee since this thread has come out. His grandson is working the Service Writer area now. His presence, and new female Service Mgr has somewhat turned things around. I am still causious. The only thing they have done for me recently was clear an air-bag light...but, I was impressed with the changes they have made. We shall see...
