IIRC the NW CAI for the n/a motors replaces the full elbow up to the throttle body, and the MAF sensor plugs into the intake tube. This negates the need for a 74mm MAF as the NW CAI is already 3" (76.2mm-od) and since the 90° elbow is replaced with silicon, the baffles are by default "removed".
thanks for the clarification.. so the 74mm TB is still a good upgrade but no need to do anything with the actual MAF?
