I don't think those who do it do it to be posers. The car has an unusual heritage and link to the MB, and that is what probably creates the urge to put AMG logos on the Crossfire.

I personally have a small ///amg sticker on my 08. The "unusual heritage" (gonna have to quote FP on this one) is what I think makes this car so sexy.
