Stryfox, You're absolutely correct. These really are great times we are living in, what with every auto manufacturer from Bentley to Hyundai building something even the most "jaded" car lover can get excited about.
Your post got me to thinking. Back in 1970 there were about 30 different cars being offered by the American auto industry for the "true enthusiast" to enjoy.
Now, even though American Motors, Olds, Plymouth, and Studebaker are no longer with us, for the 05/06 model year, there is still approximately the same number of high performance cars being offered by the American manufacturers for our driving pleasure.
When you consider what is being proposed for the future, along with what the Imports have to offer, then things just keep getting better and better.
