I decided to try out the descreened MAF/debaffled elbow. I did all of the work the MAF elbow last week in anticipation of doing this. The elbow was a pain in the *** to put back on the car too. On the first startup, everything seemed fine. Went to bed, started the car up the next morning and there was a gurgle in the exhaust note. It seems to go away after driving it for awhile, but what would cause that? Now it does it every time I start up the car. The sound is similar to an 80's muscle car with an opened up exhaust. I have the stock exhaust on the car.

I still have the Needswings CAI and am contemplating re-installing it if this mod is hurting my baby.

The car is at the body shop getting a door ding fixed and I won't have it back until Saturday.
