Several of us have had issues, max and myself included, when changing items in the TB, intake, elbow, etc and there is only one thing that has cured them all - time. Apparently, even with throttle resets and battery disconnects, this ECU takes a long time to adjust itself to changes...

I don't know if yours will be the same, but if everything was indeed installed correctly and there is no vaccuum leak, I would give it up to a few weeks to correct itself IMHO.
