I would say the pump isn't working, and no, you wont get a "check engine light". It won't throw a code. I had problems with both the temp sensor and the pump. Replaced both, and haven't had any problems since. In fact, I have not touched the coupe, it is still stock as far as the pump goes. I take it the power cuts off when you accelerate?
Yes I am thinking it is the pump also, i could not figure out why no check engine light,I really appreciate your help thank you Tacomad ( I wiill still change the ambient temp sensor when it comes in ) Thank you very much
