emo13jw, that has to be just about the king of all run-on sentences.

For a nice ride height, ride quality that won't beat you up, and decent handling, I recommend the Eibach Pro Kit. I cannot speak from experience on the Crossfire, but previous cars that I've owned had Eibach progressive rate springs, and they were great. Good roll control, and the decent ride quality are attributes of progressive rate springs (spring pressure increases with jounce distance traveled).

If you do put them on, make sure to torque everything to spec, use loctite, and get the car aligned RIGHT AWAY at a shop within spitting distance of your home. If you don't know what you are doing or have to drive a ways to get to a good alignment shop, then I recommend you take it in and have it done professionally.
