I guess the good news from this thread is that prices, even for POS, seem to be rising. I read this forum for years with everyone lamenting their car was losing value. I would also agree that a 7-8 year old car with 2-3 owners may be high mileage and low care. Either keep looking or raise the ante a few thousand. Mechanically these are solid cars -- I have 40k on my roadster and just under 20k on the SRT6 and they are almost perfect (absolutely smooth after clay barring and waxing). I have done no maintenance in three years other than annual oil change and rotating tires. My son's 2007 has also been problem free over three years. I bought the SRT6 and his car in the Chicago area. None of mine are for sale. I intend to be making these same statements in 10-15 years.
