Default Anyone got a DIY method for compression testing?

Had a search - no luck except for some figures here....
https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...t-results.html

Was wondering if there is a good test where I can run through the cylinders one by one.
AFAIK stock cam - stock car
Obviously looking for ring and valve seat wear - 80k Miles - but obvious sludge problem in the process of cleaning up - looking at options.
If Compression down - another nail in the coffin towards a rebuild - if Compression - good - maybe simple cleanup.

Manual says....
"......SLK32 - Compression should not be less than 689 kPa (100 psi) and not vary more than 25 percent from cylinder to cylinder."

But I'd like to compare against factory spec. whatever that is - still searching. Maybe MB would relinquish the records...;>)
