My bestfrend has drove it with me in the passenger seat and my wife under same conditions. Wife could take it any time she wants but she is ultra cautious and I have never even seen her over the speed limit in the 25 years I have known her. Not one ticket or accident ever so sure she can take it out anytime. But no one else inless I am in the passenger seat.
