Cut and dry, you didn't read the auction. Finding out here that you could get it for free via the links in the various threads isn't an excuse for filing a claim against the seller with eBay or PayPal and you are using this as nothing more than a way to recompense your own lack of research. And as for the picture with "One used CD disc", if anything, the seller did you a favor by putting that on the packaging so you didn't get dinged for duties, taxes or import fees.

Uh, look at the revision date and time. He just added that this morning after we talked for a bit. He explained everything clearly to me, and told me about the "used cd disc" shipping, etc. The transfer and miscommunication is over, he updated his ad and was nice enough to refund me. This has nothing to do with the file being on the forum.

Anyways, the seller cleared up his ad, I learned a lesson. Why this is still being "ranted" over is beyond me.
