I just right-clicked on one of the links, and selected the "Save As" option from the small menu that popped up. The files are ISO images, a standard image type used by many CD burning packages.

Once you've saved them, you just use a program capable of making a CD from an ISO image and point it to the location of one of the two files (East or West) to record the disc.
