I was at the (hand) car wash over the weekend chatting with a woman that had a beautiful new Benz with a body kit, wheels, tires, the works (different than this picture).

She had amazing tips! (tee he he... if I was a guy, that line might have worked).

Fast forward... her husband owns a high-end aftermarket parts boutique. Body kits, exhaust, wheels etc. mostly German. "Fab" (brand) makes a body kit that incorporated these exhaust tips. I think they're cool. When I get a chance, I'll take my car over there to see if they'll fit the 'ol XF.
