Your right. They made for older Crossfire with different airbag/glovebox configuration. However I was in direct contact with their lead Engineer and got one that IS made for our cars. The older would interfere with the glove box opening and actually prevent it. The one I have works 100% as seen in my "drivethruecp" Gallery.


EDIT: I see someone else provided a better answer. Personally, I am surprised ProClip is still out there. They were big back in the 90's making CellPhone mounts.
Since we don't have mobile cell phones anymore, I guess they changed with the times.
The make the lowest profile mount available! Mine May actually be another brand now that I think about it. I'll have to find it (only thing I am unsure of its whereabouts after the move this past October).
