Time to change transmission fluid and filter. Easy enough job to do yourself, or you can pay someone. Fluid isn't cheap though.
Have you swapped out the cabin filter and it doesn't hurt to check on the intake filters. If you haven't done the steering stabilizer bar it's a good time to do it. ($40 I think)
