The item 4 is just for the tuning - not the pulley as well....
Item 12 is the for the usb link to an internet enabled laptop.
If you want the 65mm pulley as well (maybe on special as well - if you try) you'll need to addd item 1.
But there is a 62mm pulley making the rounds (currently out of stock I believe) - not sure if you want to go with thtat idea though.
