Thought I had saved a few quid with a set of Falken 452's last year but the steeringrecently developed wobble at 60-75 mph.

off to get the wheels rebalanced only to be shown that the tires had become slightly miss shaped...i.e. not as round as a really round thing ought to be!

not dangerous (yet) apparently but hardly reassuring with a fast cruise to the Le Mans classic looming on Friday.

A set of Conti sport 3's will be going on so if anyone wants a bargain half worn set of Falken 452 be my guest. I might add that the falkens have an odd side wall profile that offers no rim protection at all so those vulnerable alloys take more punishment than usual
