Any way to make your own? Can someone post photos so I can see the exact size of the wire mesh and the wire diameter?

I am interested in trying to make my own grille from some wire cloth - something like these guys make -
Custom Wire Cloth - Belleville Wire Cloth Co - Cedar Grove, NJ

I know I have used it before and its not the easiest stuff to work with, but aviation snips always do the job when cutting this material. Bolts and washers make it easy to fasten, I just need some help on the size...
