Those types are called idiots... I check my mirror, signal, over the shoulder twice real quick (to make sure I dont rear end someone at the same time) then gas a tiny bit and move over. Ive seen too many people either hit cars or get hit by cars.... You can never be too cautious, especially on a bike.
