Bullseye, when you are trying to bash the Upsolute ECU for not providing enough HP gains, at least make sure that you have the right chip. The dyno results you found were for the power chip, not the Upsolute. Those are 2 different companies and 2 different chips. I have this chip installed, and i can promise you it is more than 9 hp and 13 torque.
