Resently I blew my motor mount macanice looked up and screw broke off the lower mount

Does anyone know what's the best way to replacing it I all ready got a new mount but macanice wants to take the compressor and other stuff to get some space in there but I said no

Any ways to fixing this easyer

Also adding a cable rope around the mount
