While at a red light on one of our hottest days thus far the car (in neutral) the engine just shut off. No sputtering. I have never encountered this before.

Having researched this forum. I assume that it is the Crankshaft Position Sensor. My question is: Should I just replace the Crankshaft Position Sensor now given the parts low cost and the ease of replacement? I am only assuming this is the issue at this point.
