The service advisor at Allen Samuels was not even interested in how bad it was, basically her attitude was ' well at least it's back in. So for all those in Houston, do not use this dealership, and if you need a crossfire window repaired I wouldn't recommend 'Trendsetters' in Katy. If he'd done a reasonable job, I was going to let him do my Jag upholstery, but I don't think I'm going to let him touch it after this.
